The Process

• Initial Consultation:  Our stylist visits the site to assess the property. This will include taking photos, measurements and noting any important details. After the initial consultation we will send you a no obligation quote outlining everything you need to know.

• After acceptance of the quote we plan installation of the staging around your marketing campaign. The staging is completed within one day so photography can take place the next day.

• Complete Installation & Styling: Our team manages the full install, including logistics, from delivery, furniture placement to the final, considered details.

• Post-Campaign Removal: Our staging packages are for 5 weeks, this is usually enough time for a marketing campaign. If you require staging for longer than the initial 5 weeks, we can offer you an extension. This will be charged weekly. Once the property is sold or you no longer require the staging, we offer efficient professional removal of all items.
